Sam and Eddie’s Doubletree Liverpool Wedding was a classic example of a truly beautiful wedding with plenty of character, love, and fun. The Doubletree hotel in Liverpool is located in the city centre and was the main venue for Sam and Eddie’s wedding day. As a Liverpool Wedding Photographer, I have photographed weddings at the Doubletree in Liverpool multiple times and it’s easy to see why couples like it so much.
Wedding Hair and Make Up
Sam started her wedding day by getting ready at the exciting Peaches and Cream hair and beauty salon in Dale Street Liverpool. Sam was accompanied by the bridesmaids and her mum to enjoy the experience and be fully prepared for her special day. Peaches and Cream has a colourful, bright, and fun environment to experience and make it an important part of any wedding day celebration.
Once the girls were ready we took a short walk down the road to the Doubletree Hotel and it was certainly a great sight with Sam holding her long vail in her arms as she was walking through Liverpool. As a Liverpool Wedding Photographer, I love it when the wedding party ventures out on to the city centre streets.
Awesome Hotel Bedroom
Once we were at the hotel I got to experience the awesome hotel room that Sam was staying in. This fantastic hotel room wasn’t even the bridal suite, but it had two floors, plenty of space, a beautiful staircase, and lots of natural light. Bridal prep is one of my favourite times of a wedding day as it full of lots of activity and excitement as the girls get ready for the ceremony.
The wedding ceremony was a timeless and beautiful occasion with the added fun of Groom Eddie dropping a wedding ring which and it rolled underneath the table used by the registrars. The ceremony was in a spacious room that joins the library lounge room in the hotel, and this meant it was a comfortable and light environment for the couple and their wedding guests.
Corinthian Grand suite
The drinks reception was in the library lounge and the surrounding space which has a traditional and historical atmosphere to enjoy. After the guests had enjoyed a few drinks and chance to relax in the large comfortable seating we all headed up the grand staircase to the Corinthian Grand suite for the speeches and wedding breakfast. The Corinthian suite is a large room allowing plenty of space between the tables for wedding guests to easily move around, and the suite contains it’s own bar and dance floor area. Most wedding venues will need to remove tables and chairs after the wedding breakfast to make space for a dance floor, but due to the size and layout this didn’t need to happen at the Doubletree hotel in Liverpool.
Sam and Eddie’s awesome Doubletree Liverpool Wedding day ended with plenty of guests dancing the night away and celebrating a fantastic start to becoming husband and wife. If you you’re looking for a Liverpool Wedding Photographer please contact me to arrange to chat about your wedding day.
